AUTOLOGOUS AND TISSUE-SPECIFIC EXOSOMES
The power of personalized regeneration
Decoding our AMT® Triad
AMT® Triad is an exclusive tissue specific autologous micrograft suspension with a unique unaltered composition of Progenitor Cells, Human Smart Exosomes and Extra Cellular Matrix, that unlocks the full potential of the body's innate healing capabilities for personalized and advanced regenerative results.
What are Human Smart exosomes?
We’ve precisely quantified up to 55 billions* Human Smart Exosomes in our AMT® Triad. This breakthrough confirms their autologous nature and tissue-specific function, offering personalized regeneration. These exosomes deliver precise healing tailored to each person, thanks to their inherent intelligence and tissue specificity.

Most common questions about exosomes
1. What is an exosome?
It depends on each case: age, genetic input... since Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) is a multifactorial condition. Microscopically, a significant reduction of the number of miniaturized hairs can be observed within three months. Towards the fourth month, changes in quality and number of hairs and a high hair density are bare-eye visible.
2. How do they work?
The procedure has been used for more than 4 years and the long-term results are exceptional, since it slows down the evolution of AGA in a biological way, although that does not mean that it cannot be complementary to other treatments to have better hair quality.
3. How did we find out?
Poor results can be observed when androgenetic alopecia courses with very few miniaturized hairs or when the onset or progression of the signs is extremely fast. We may also obtain scarce results when treating a scalp undergoing an inflammation process or with concomitant pathologies such as effluviums.
4. Is there any risk for the patients?
The diagnosis is essential, as indicated by the protocol. AMT-RegeneraActiva protocol has only proved efficacy on the AGA kind of alopecia. For this reason, it is important to know whether your patient’s AGA is accompanied by another pathology such as telogen effluvium, an inflamed scalp or another pathology, since it can fully affect the success of the procedure. It is relevant not to have advanced evolutionary alopecia, as well as a normal blood test. It is under these conditions that the AMT-RegeneraActiva protocol helps to slow down the evolution of androgenetic alopecia in a biological way.
5. Composition of exosomes?
The AMT-RegeneraActiva protocol allows the obtaining of the AMT solution, that, when injected in AGA patients’ scalps, it can reverse an active AGA process. This AMT solution is made by follicle cells from the same patient obtained from the donor site, which includes progenitor cells, extracellular matrix and growth factors. The AMT solution acts as a long-term nutrient provider, that can rescue a hair follicle in regression. When the AMT solution is injected, progenitor cells find themselves in a low-nutrient stressful environment, a follicle in regression. Thus, they long-term-deliver different cytokines, chemokines and growth factors that favour the restitution of a follicle in regression, enhancing angiogenesis modulating inflammation and eventually, hair growth.
6. Why SMART?
The procedure has no complications if performed under sterile conditions and strictly complies with the protocol, since it is an autologous micrografting treatment.
